Problem
Many people struggle to quickly find reliable service providers, while service providers also need better ways to reach potential users. This created an opportunity for a mobile app that could make those connections easier, more organized, and more accessible.
Role
My role was to contribute as part of the product team during the internship. I participated in sprint meetings, helped think through problems the app needed to solve, contributed to discussions about user experience, and supported presentations and reports for team meetings. This allowed me to be involved in the development process from a product and strategy perspective rather than only a technical one.

Outcome
This experience gave me a better understanding of how app development works in a real team setting. It showed me that building a product is not just about coding, but also about teamwork, communication, user needs, and thinking strategically about how a product can succeed.
What I Learned
Through Ayuda GH, I learned more about collaboration in product development, the role of UX in shaping useful digital solutions, and how problem-solving extends beyond technical implementation. It strengthened my interest in software, product thinking, and creating technology that addresses real needs.
